Race, Diversity, Photography: Online Symposium

Ok, so anybody reading any of the blogs with which duckrabbit feels an affinity will know that Pete Brook, of prison photography fame, got fed up with all the daft debate surrounding photography and diversity and has decided to do something about it.  So he wrote to a tonne of us bloggers asking if we’d take part in an online symposium by hosting events.

We thought about it for two seconds and said yes.

The monthly audiences of these blogs adds up to a couple of hundred thousand people.  This means that the debate can’t get shoved under the carpet. Questions cannot be ignored and answers will be given greater scrutiny.  Tears will be shed and reputations will get bloodied.

Probably ours.
