The Value of Journalism Conference was a cracker

duck was on a panel with much more important people talking about International Networked Journalism. The session at the conference was organised by the lovely people at The Frontline Club.

I think I pissed a few people off by suggesting that ‘journalism’ and making money from it is not what’s really important. What’s really important is that people get to tell their stories; that there are platforms for them to be heard and as citizens we all have access to accurate and impartial information.

The BBC College of journalism filmed the discussion and put it up here.
