Independent radio producer Lu Olkowski created In Verse as part of the pilot round of MQ2 – “the public radio makers quest” -a project to spark and support innovation in public media storytelling.

Lu paired documentary photographers (Brenda Ann Kenneally and Josh Cogan) with poets (Susan Somers-Willet and Natasha Trethewey) to tell the stories of working poor Americans. Her work aired on PRI’s Studio 360. Here are some links to other piece to explore.
