Please clarify that all can copy and use the image from Flickr. The Flickr text says the image is copyrighted, which means that use is permitted only by license or waiver of copyright.

To me it seems like it says F#&$% copyright, instead of advocating copyright. I understand it is meant to be funny and all that but I doubt any of potential clients would appreciate constantly being met by a raised finger while browsing your pictures.
