Where is this place?

I’m fostering a dog at the minute. But I need to go to the pub later to play pool. I need to know where it is that all these dogs go to smoke and drink, because maybe they have a pool table too…
Come to think of it, I bet they’re not allowed to smoke in the pub any more. That’s just not right.
