It really depends on what the fine print says, and if you can somehow leverage this offer to boost post offer sales.
I see many of these types of offers in Oz and I do wonder how the fluck they make money (not just photographers)… in this instance, as the comments say, there is probably too much given away for free, limiting the opportunity to up sell other products, and claw back your margin.
for me it’s a totally bad idea on several levels. It’s not just silly from an income point of view – this kind of thing also contributes to an undermining of the entire industry. No matter what his intentions, the message is that photography can be created for such prices, when it clearly can’t (unless you have another job or a trust fund)

301 bought this offer…they’ll be booked for months at £29 a pop. What a joke, agree with Ciara here.
