Eh? Glastonbudget confusion..
Written by David WhiteGlastonbudget is, allegedly, “The world’s best tribute festival, ever”. It may well be the only one for all I know, but anyway:
How does this:
“One of the biggest things for us here at team Glastonbudget, is to make sure that we are rip-off free.”
Sit with this, which is what you get if you ask for a press pass to photograph a band:
“Please further note that we would require copies of all images recorded at the festival to be supplied at your earliest convenience & that ultimate copyright and ownership of those images shall be that of Glastonbudget Music Festival/Mockstar Ltd. Please take time to read though our general terms & conditions of entry.”
Just ‘cos you’re on a budget, it doesn’t mean you have to be cheap.

I can see why huge brands such as GaGa want to protect their investments, but I can’t see Glastonbudget on MTV any time soon…
Someone should let them know that the other big Glasto doesn’t feel the need to impose draconian terms on photographers.
