I know photographers are reluctant to admit this, but audio is the driver in multimedia. It is incredibly important. You can hold a viewer with good audio and average pics, but not the other way round. You should put at least as much effort into your audio capture as you do your images.

The following event won’t teach you how to construct a story, and it’s only really for people who really want to do video, but it will give you an idea of some of the kit out there.
