WTF?

Wherever I go in the world I often find myself defending my work from the conspiracy that Jewish people own and run the media for their own ‘evil’ agenda (not because I’m Jewish, cause I work in the media).

I’ve obviously lived a sheltered life because the first time it happened to me I was shocked and I’ve pretty much given up trying to persuade people that I don’t buy all that conspiracy crap because the debate never goes anywhere.   I mean its not like you would find muslim owned media anywhere in the world promoting muslim interests.

Today America cancelled its funding of UNESCO because after a democratic vote it granted full membership to the Palestinians. That wipes out a fifth of all UNESCO’s funding.

WTF?

The Americans have acted appallingly badly. And the Brits not much better for having abstained. Quite shocking.

    • duckrabbit says:

Indeed. It seems though Paul that there is something in the American law that mean they HAVE to withdraw the funding. How fucked up is that. When they want to go to war, hey no problem, but overturning some stupid requirement of funding UNESCO, that’s impossible.

I bet the Jews made you say that! Sorry- couldn’t help it.

I haven’t found too many “conspiracy theories” that I won’t at least lend an ear to- if just to find out what they have to say, and how much credence they may hold. And “Jewish control of the media” is one of the most frustrating, if not the grandaddy of the lot that just doesn’t stand up all that well.

That said, and more importantly, there’s just no denying how much influence the Israeli government has on so much of US foreign and domestic policy.

    • duckrabbit says:

‘I bet the Jews made you say that’. lol. That’s exactly why I don’t get into the debate with people cause that’s one of the things I’ve actually heard them say.

Isn’t Obama turning out to be such a disappointment? Guess it was naive of us to expect more?
