Re-Opening Open Eye Gallery

After being closed to the public since spring this year, Open Eye re-opened this weekend in their new space on Liverpool’s Waterfront, with two strong shows, Mitch Epstein’s American Power, and Chris Steele-Perkins’ The Pleasure Principle.
We have pics, so it definitely happened. They have great pics by great photographers, so they’re definitely happening. We also have audio. I’ll be writing up a review and, as I’m new around here, be running it by Mssrs Duck and Rabbit to figure out whether to post it here or over on my other place. Audio needs clearance from Open Eye, but I’m really good at doing the sad face, so I’m sure they’ll take pity on me and say yes. Maybe.
With some great shows lined up for the next year, it’s about time to plan a trip up north to check it out.

Why does the audio need clearance from Open Eye?
Because I was recording it *for* them…so I should at least not post it before it has appeared there.
What’s the house rules re posting the write up of the launch here? Would be a longish one. Or should I do that at ST84Photo and link through?
