Yay good stuff! That big gap between ‘student’ and ‘professional’ is a big one.
To use a nautical analogy – being a student is being ‘on the pier’, being a professional is on that boat in front of you on the choppy shark-filled sea. Sounds like you folks in Falmouth have just enabled students to use a gangway rather than have to take a running jump.
