“I have some 200,000 rolls of film of their lives now. I have to keep on documenting.”

Fascinating, intelligent and beautiful images with an equally delicious interview. I think I prefer the interview.

I have to think 200,000 rolls is a misprint. I photograph a lot, more than anyone I know, and I am not close to shooting 200,000 rolls. One would have to shoot more than 10 rolls per day, every day, for more than 50 years to shoot that amount. I’m skeptical that this person or anyone else has shot that amount.
